• Simply contact us ( andres@casazg.com ) within 30 days of delivery and let us know you’d like a refund.
• Write a short explanation of your reasons for not being satisfied with the product.
• We like to listen to our customers and strive to keep improving our products.
• You do not need to return the product. Keep the mix — it’s yours.
• Once your refund request is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

• This policy applies to your first order only.
• Refunds are not available for orders placed after 30 days from delivery.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show signs of abuse (e.g., excessive or repeated refund requests).
